Our Story

The owner of Kelebek Ocakbaşı at the charcoal grill

Müjdat is from Pazarcık, a town in southeast Turkey, and has called north London home since the 1980s. Kelebek is where he's brought everything together — a charcoal grill, fresh meat each morning, a table open to everyone, from local families to late-night regulars.
